Why is my shipment being held at customs?

For some reason, customs will require more information from the importer. You can contact your country's customs department to determine what information needs to be provided to have your shipment released. Except for India, all the packages will be cleared without any extra information.

Customers in India should always provide their shipping/billing information based on details in your Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN to receive the package.
