Is it possible to change courier service once the order is placed?

yes, it's possible to change the service if required. mcubes provided different courier services at affordable pricing to customers. So if you choose the non tracked courier when placing the order as the non tracked couriers are less pricing when compared to tracked couriers. But when the package is shipped through tracked couriers, it's difficult to identify accurately locating where the package reaches. but you can change to available service before the package is shipped

If the packages are shipped from the warehouse, the courier service provider will charge a separate fee of 1$ for changing the service if there. But note that mcubes doesn't provide any assurance in changing the service so you should contact us directly at [email protected] for further.
