I’ve placed my order and completed my payment. What’s next?

After placing your order and the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us via your provided email address and mobile number. After your payment is charged, the status of your order will be updated to “Processing,” and once the order is arranged, you will receive an update when the package is handover to our logistic partner. You will receive each and every update when the logistic partner has updated the status. Usually tracking will takes up to 2-5 working days based on the career. You can also view the tracking information and order history updates in the Orders section on my account page.
