Is a refund available for my order?

mcubes offer a full refund if the order doesn't meet your requirements. You will get a complete refund if the refund product is wrong, the condition is old, not received in a specified timeframe, or the item is damaged. You may need to contact us for order cancelation by moving to the contact us page and fill out the required information. We will get in touch with you for further information. Once the request I accepted, the amount which you paid will get settled to your bank account or your personal wallet in mcubes account. Protographs or video evidence are mandatory for the refund request.
