How to cancel my order?

mcubes support the cancellation for orders made on mcubes.net if they met with our policy guideline:
*received a Damaged item
*Item not received after placing an order
*received a wrong item
You can easily cancel the item by moving to the contact us page
Fill in the required information. We will get in touch with you within 12-24 hours once the request is received. We do not guarantee that your request will be accepted. Once the request is accepted, you will get an option to choose whether the refund needs to settle to your bank account or mcubes wallet.
It will take only 30 -1 minute to settle the full refund to your personal wallet but it can take up to 7-10 working days to get settled to your bank account.
However, mcubes does not support refunds for unnecessary reasons, once the request is accepted you will be asked to share the evidence video/photographs of the products. The request will be canceled if the evidence doesn't seem to be legit.
Note: mcubes always keeps the evidence of the package before the products are delivered to the consignee.
